Lee Spirits, a distillery and spirits company based in Monument, Colorado, was an emerging brand in its formative stages. In 2017, during my tenure as Director of Account Services at Vladimir Jones, I had the opportunity to connect with the Lee brothers.

Recognizing their lack of experience in growing a liquor company,
And drawing upon my extensive background in the liquor industry, I began consulting with them. Our collaboration focused on refining their brand identity and targeting strategy, crafting a brand architecture for future diversification, devising on-premise and off-premise sales and distribution strategies, conducting distributor sales trainings, and establishing their inaugural sales team.

And aspirations for growth and regional distribution, our partnership equipped them with the necessary tools and training to pursue their future growth objectives.
