After reaching its first anniversary milestone, Honest Heart Journeys (HHJ), a boutique, women-only transformational travel company, recognized that several unidentifiable roadblocks were impeding its future growth.

I started with a comprehensive audit and discovery process

To pinpoint, understand, and prioritize all barriers affecting the brand, business, and growth objectives. This assessment quickly uncovered the need for a slight repositioning of the brand, allowing for messaging and communication strategies to authentically resonate with their target audience.

Furthermore, it became apparent that HHJ lacked essential foundational business documents. 

Collaborating closely with the founder and key stakeholders, we established multi-year growth goals, refined business objectives, and identified supporting KPIs. Additionally, we clarified their mission, vision, and values, and further delineated their target audience through persona development.

Finally, I developed a repeatable annual marketing strategy

That seamlessly integrated their business growth strategy with product/trip marketing strategies, content strategies, owned and paid media strategies, lead generation, email strategies, messaging hierarchy, communication strategy, and a creative brief for future initiatives.

Continuing in an ongoing contract capacity, 

My current work involves guiding the team in executing the marketing strategy effortlessly. This includes developing templates, content calendars, automated email campaigns, content creation requirements, and forecasting future hiring needs. Essentially, I am crafting a turnkey marketing playbook for the HHJ team to implement effectively for years to come.
